In searching for a framework that supported our work, we met John Warrillow, founder of The Value Builder System™. It simply made sense for our clients. We were early adopters with Paul becoming the first European certified Value Builder™ coach in 2014 with Alex qualifying a year later.

Alex Dodgshon

I’ve had an eclectic work life. Retail banking, guidebook researcher, mystery shopper and bookkeeper before launching Uscita with Paul. Each role grounded me in aspects of work I still use today. I now have the privilege of working with people whilst they transition their business. Away from work I volunteer at a project which reduces food waste by getting it back out to parts of the community that need it most.

Paul Dodgshon

My time with HSBC took me to Merseyside, London and Manchester with including roles in the Credit & Risk team and Corporate team. From there I became Finance Director helping to grow a start-up business to £10m inside 4 years. I bring all of this experience to Uscita and particularly the exit strategy work we offer. I’ve also managed to combine my passion for golf with business networking which makes me very happy. Outside of this, I can regularly be found in our village helping at fundraising events.
